Default help needed-computer specs

Just got a good offer on a new computer. Just need to know how well it will run a seriously modded SH5.

AMD phenom II X6 1035T
6144 MB ram
1500 gb sata hd
1024/2815 ATI Radeon HD-5570
Windows 7 home prem 64-bit

I've heard both good and bad about the graphics card.

your advice is greatly appreciated

Well heck even if the card couldnt hack it Im sure you could replace it. From my understanding though, whatever that computer costs, you could probably build or have one built (By a friend that knows his stuff that is) for either just as much or cheaper now a days. I think thats what Im going to do.

Everything looks fine, except for the gpu. I would go for a faster one.
I have a 4870 and it works fine with sh5...Where did you get the offer? Try building your pc part by part. It is always cheaper.

the most critical part of any computer system is the motherboard. What kind/model of motherboard is in the system? That piece of hardware will determine, to a large extent, how well the system will perform.

Thanks guys. I'll ask the guy in the shop tomorrow. I can't get the info from the internet.
@ TheDarkWraith: you have done some great work on SH5. I appreciate that you still had the time to help me out. Good luck to you with your many projects

Well i say thats not strictly true....

The PSU (Power supply unit) is THE most important and underrated hardware inside a PC, after all it has to power everything\fans\mobo\ram\HDD\CPU etc. Without a decent PSU you'll get BSOD\CTD\ the actual PSU (worst case) blowing up and if it does that it will more than likey take out some other piece of hardware with it.
