I am looking for Nvidia missing lights mod. Can somebody explain to me what is doing this mod and share a link to download? - please

It comes with either Patch 1 or 2, i cant remember which, with the TDW Mega_mod.....to be honest, im not sure which lights were missing... i thought maybe neutral ships which i noticed did not have their lights on, but this is still the case i noticed after blowing a Russian merchant out of the water at night, after it revealed my position on the radio and i thought it was French...
