Best CPU affinity tool?

I want a tool that lets me specify CPU affinity for any app/game, so that I don't have to manually set it with task manager after launching. Any recommendations?

Just use imagecfg from MS. Runs from commandline. Note it changes the .exe though; doesn't work for Steam games afaik.

In the past I've used PrioAff. Works great at least with IL2 and SH4.
