A Nigerian money scam?

Slightly different this time though, people seem to be gettting into trouble for sending money to real officials this time in return for later payments.
Poor old Dick Cheney now looks to be in the frame for corruption, I suppose he could claim he was innocent of having anything to do with illegal bribes, but that might be a bit difficult as the group he was running have already pleaded guilty.

Isn't it so nice that wikileaks publishes complaints about British, Russian and Italian corruption for balance.
