Database: Passive Sonar

After an Improved Romeo class has attacked my U212 type, running with low speed, from several miles away, I had a look into the database (RA mod):

The MGK-200 MF has a Nrd value of -14...would that not mean it is a first-class passive sonar? A Trafalgar AI Sphere has -15...

Anyway...what is the function behind that attribute? I mean I have no clue what it means if I change this value

It is a mistake.

The sensor control № 987 (MGK-200 MF) should be established.

It has been fixed for next update.
