How do I add Uboat tower emblems w/ TMO?

Hello,

I used the optional mod found in the Optional_Mods subfolder in TMO w/ help found in this thread:

However, the emblems seem to appear only on American class subs when I start the game and not on any U-boat. So how do I add U-boat tower emblems w/ TMO?

TMO is a PTO Mod, not a u-boat mod.. i.e. American subs
