Out of curiosity I downloaded Sobers Wave Mechanics.
![]() It alters a cfg for SH5 called Sea Parameters. However SH4 has no such cfg. But a little root around shows that the Sea Parameters appear to be in SH4's scene dat. See pic ![]() You could take the values from Sobers cfg and plug them into the SH4 scene dat if you so desired, to see what happens. I don't have time to do it myself at the moment. When I had SH5 installed, I ran an early version of Sobers wave mechanics, and it was very good. Very nice wave action. I would be interested to see how Sobers numbers affect SH4's water. With any env mod that effects fog or waves, I'd advise to test for effects on visual detection. On both the watch crew and the AI.
