Get a Game!

Someone help! Why still cant i get OH working, opened, and working with commands, like other mods, and fm interior, and conn tower open hatch for all u-boats. I have a nygm installed last verion like was described in manual and no problem - just seems no traffic in harbors at all, what make the game kinda poor, not other things, and i dont say about big traffic or its matter, matter that traffic was. So many mods, we have the aces fix that not fix the most important mods like dd oh and conn tower oh. Thats not described in the manual of mod. ConnTowerOpenHatch at all have a different installations as described by autor, though he describe hes things totally different ways in differents posts, then using this mod we have to reinstall mods in game process? Why? Why not do exactly understand and simple and one way use mod order? May be combine mods in one or have a fix like aces just working with all. I'm ready to work on it, and help others, using my poor abilities, but i'm ready to give a try and get the working result.
