Im trying to build a SH3 fan page, but im a noob at it so comments, tips and suggestions would be appreceated

GeoCities sucks.

Keep it simple. Give a paracgraph, explaining your interest in the game. Limit pics and shrink down their size and quality so that you don't exceed Geocities' transfer limits. Provide a comprehensive links page, with categories such as SH3 sites and your personal interests.
