hi folks just joined today.where can u get playerable ship mods for SH4 i have seen a few people have them if anyone can help i would grateful buz

How do you make a mod

Hi folks i know that a lot of modders do,nt have the time to explaine on how to make a mod but i would like to no what programs u need ie playerable subs/ships to make them there is a lot of subs / ships i would like to make playable if any one can help i would be gratefull if they have the time
