Whats the replay folder for?,how is it used.?
I found it in my SH# folder in my doc's and settings

I think it's yet another case of a feature that was planned but never made it into the game.

No, as it is now, there is no replays in the game. None. Don't let the folder fool you.

Is that folder not for the temporary "event camera" files during gameplay? ....or am I barking up the wrong tree...
