well its a simple question.

is there certain ships or just any ship you have to sink for the sink 10 ships bringing war materials to GB?

if its a certain ship how would you know if its that ship or not?

They have to be heading towards Britain and they have to have war materials on their decks - military vehicles, tankes and planes that sort of thing.
