Default Naval protcol question

When the President of the United States arrives on a naval ship, do they still announce "United States Arriving" when the President sets foot on the ship?

I was watching an old "documentary" and the narrator used this term. I wonder if this is actual naval protocol.

I looked all over and the closest I could find in the official Navy Protocol Manual was announcing his arrival at a dinner, in which case it was "The President of the United States".

We never had the president on our little destroyer, so I don't know.

A President on a ship departing?

http://www.britishpathe.com/record.php?id=25658

But on another vein in relation to Pathe, can anyone give any information about HMS Mashona.
Everything I have seen says the survivors got picked up by RN and landed in Scotland. This fella on the radio says they got picked up by a Norwegian vessel and landed in town.
The only footage I can find on Pathe is the launch of the Mashona and a Norwegian vessel landing civilian survivors in town
