Default [REQ] Churchill Barriers at Scapa

If any of you guys have had a look at Scapa using Google Earth, you will see the entrances along the whole eastern end and blocked with WWII vintage barriers called Churchill barriers, meaning the only entrances are from the south or west. Can these be modded in???? And yeah I know it is already severly lacking in nets, emplacements and block ships etc.

I would post a picture but don't know how.

Open an account at photobucket of one similar and then you can upload to there and post here

I guess you mean these

Yeah I guess they could be made as a land unit and set to appear at the correct date
Altering terrain in no good as wouldnt allow you to sneak in U47 like until built

Well I don't know if the land can be changed by a yearly basis. We do have a modder working on the land bit and he may know. But what could happen is having obstacles put in the way .. tho currently i'm not sure how that would happen as the mission program doesn't allow minefields or sub nets .. (it just crashes)

But given how long it took to build them .. is it worth it?

Probably not, just thought I would ask the question for the sake of realism!

Should be much better as an object intead editting terrain. It isn't normal terrain, this is made by stone blocks, so the mesh have to be diferent than the terrain one.

The Barriers would be tricky, but someone should definatley add block ships to scapa.
