Bad weather

Is there any way to edit the weather? It is always raining, windy, and foggy. Makes it very difficult and frustrating to target the enemy. I understand that this is a realistic simulation, but 6 days a week of rain? Any help, Thanks.

Ok, its been observed that when you save a game, the weather
resets to 0. In other words, it should change somewhere
between 5 & 12 hours, I think. But if you keep saving during bad weather, it might never change. Just keep playing but don't save
till it clears, then save every 6 hrs with good weather & you will
keep it going for days....
