Default speaking in german

some of you are looking for sh5 to speak in german.
well ubisoft did have it there but.
you have to uninstall sh5
reinstall but go into custom were you will see the op to tick german

I don't know about standard DVD installs, but with the Steam version you only have to copy the files into a new folder, then use JSGME to install them.

\silent hunter 5\data\LngGameData\Voices\German\

From there, just copy the Data folder into a new folder (German Voices) in your Mods directory, and it's JSGME ready. You get german voices and english text.

Yep I did the same 5 days ago, works like a charm

Had the same problem:

I copied the 'German' voices directly to the required folder (After backing up the English ones and removing them) and the crew lips stopped working.

I then 'put back' the english voices and then tried the 'JSGME' method, and now the lips work fine.
