New Skins and Customizing your Boat

I bought the metal cased limited edition of SH5 and I wonder if anyone knows how you can apply the Uboat skins that are supposed to come with it?

Plus how do you choose a tower emblem?

Noob questions.... I know!

The skins are for non playable subs and warships.

talk to the requisitionings officer, and about the extra skins, you can buy them on Uplay for 10 Uplay points
