what did i do wrong guys

i used the mod enabler to install the bismarck battleship, all credits go to yamato1. but for some reason the ship is underwater, only the tower is above the surface, also the texture is quiet bad, and i cant choose it in campain, for some reason i cant post attachment so i cant show you what it looks like.

but any help would be great

If I'm not mistaken those playable ships won't work in campaign mode.

Hey ! i don't know if i'm right but try (only works for single missions) to change the default depth of players ship in the mssion editor of sh4 , because initially the depth is set at 30-35ft which is a periscope depth for a SUBMARINE .Since you are in a battleship , your initial depth must be about 15ft otherwise it sinks ( thats why your ship is underwater).
I had the same problem with my iowa add on, but fixed it this way
