Default Sergbuto's Wolfpack mod

Hello does anybody know where it would be possible to download a copy of the above, also the AI subs mod, with the hopefully soon to be released fantastic looking engine room, SH3 is really something with all the downloads.
Thanks to all the modders who have made these great improvements to the game.

Welcome aboard toolsey2,

Have you tried the downloads section and maybe searched for the author of the mod. I'm not familiar with this mod. Good luck finding what you're looking for.

Cheers Plissken i have downloaded Sergbuto's wolfpack mod from your site, i have just tried the test mission included with it, my sub actually surfaced amongst the ships during the action but was not noticed straight away because they were firing starshells and weapons like mad at a AI sub which was attacking a tanker directly in front of it, the depth charge attacks on the other subs looked great, a bit different to the usual attack with every escort all over me, do you know if i try to do my own missions in the editor these subs will be available?, they cannot go in the dynamic campaign though can they, only in user missions.

Hello Tweety i tried the downloads section but it is not in as far as i know, but as you can see i have it now, i just wish i knew what i was doing with it, the mod is a few years old, i often wonder if wolfpacks could be simulated within the campaign layer without having any actual subs modelled, just a chance of ships blowing up as though torpedoed and escorts dropping charges at certain points, the players sub could shadow a convoy and send contact reports and after a period of time ships could appear to be attacked, there could be generic radio messages from BDU saying u boats are closing in etc, the escorts would cease attacking simulated contacts as if sub has sunk or been driven off, just for the immersion factor, in SH2 you can hear torpedos striking home from other u boats sometimes in the distance, but i never seen anything.

The new graphic mods will keep SH3 going for me for sometime yet, i dont think i will be able to run SH5 on my machine anytime soon.
Thanks for help

Yeah you can have them in the campaign layer

Either script a pack of them in a looping patrol on the scr and hope you come across them
Or
Do as I did in GWX and add a couple or 3 to various convoys in the rnd layer
Give them a % chance of showing so not always there
I made them the lead unit so the report on map appears as a circle so you know there is a sub there
9 times out of 10 the sub(s) will be dead before you get there but usually there is evidence such as flaming escort or gaps in the convoy

Can be quite fun although the downside is the escorts are on high alert as just been attacked so sometimes makes it harder for you the player
