Thus, making a harbour very realistic should have been prioritised lower than uboat types IMHO.

Better take some shore leave in there somewhere and father some children, so they can have some children, so they can have some children, so when you return in 2020 you'll have at least one person around who can set it all up for you and show you which buttons to push!
