Hey shipkiller,

I use Rubini's great harbour mod. Thanx Rubini!

I leave my WO off the watchtower when I TC out of port. The only thing TC slows is when aircraft do flyby or you are too near land (but I've changed LandProximity in my Main.cfg to 8).

I've only had 1 collision with the escort leading sub at start (no damage fortunately), but I now know course to plot to avoid collisions.

I put WO back when I hit open sea (still in friendly enough waters not to get bounced by AC or surprise DD.

Just my experience. Hope it helps out. I know a few of those ports are time consuming coming and going.

CCIP - I don't see any download link or map at your post.
What's wrong?

Eh?

There should just be thumbnails of pictures. All they are are just a bunch of pics on Imageshack to help you figure out where the minefields are and where you should go to avoid them. You could just remember them for your current base, and sail safely

These just saved my career LOL, about went through a minefield in Wilhelmshaven last night.

I put them in grayscale and labeled the base, nets and mines then printed them out. Looks pretty good.

If it's okaywith CCIP I will include these maps in future versions of the mod. Just don't let them fall into enemy hands, hehe.

Sure, I'd only hope you would.

These aren't much of my work, anyway - I believe the minefields and port escorts have been mapped out and put in by Nico.
