Ok i'll amuse you further then.

I'm not a bush fanboy. Nor did i agree with everthing he did. Had there been a better rival than Al Gore or John Kerry.. i may have voted against him.

I am also FROM New Orleans.. and know full well the screw up. But you can't put all the blame on him. My anger was directed at FEMA... and the idiots who didn't evacuate when told to.

That said, my despise of the liberal base is strong enough for me to overlook some of the crap that went on during the Bush years. Even then, i dont feel it was as bad as the mainstream media makes it out to be.

and yes, im very much independant. I will never tie my vote to a party.. but if the democrats keep pushing their brand of big wasteful governement.. i'm going to be forced to vote against it over and over again.

Ignorance is bliss
You demonstrate the first word, I suppose the 3rd word is very subjective though the ignorance implies that you wouldn't understand bliss anyway.

Quote:
I'm not trying to counter anything.
You demonstrate that ignorance word again.
Simple lesson.
If you quote what someone has written and write a reply that goes against what they said then you are trying to counter it

Quote:
Noone is going to change my (or his) mind,
With your fondness of ignorance are you sure you even have a mind?

So you are in denial of being a republican fanboy, in denial of your actions, yet proud of your ignorance.
Have you considered joining Palin in a run for office?

1. Free speech.

2. Some of your internal politics effect us in other countries as well, and sometimes as costly and even more costly than your self. That gives us a legitimate interest for these special things that you are doing. On the other hand we do not care that much for things that do not effect us, only your self, stopping at your borders.

Quote:
Do you think i really care what party is currently in power in say.. Canada?
If Canada raises any kind of threat to you, and has a global influence that effects you by its consequences, you would.

Quote:
Or better yet... do i even know what parties exist in canada?
I fear not.

Quote:
Because i honestly dont..... nor care.
A wide- spread attitude of people not to care before one gets effected even if then it is too late already, or thinking one must not care because the others are not important anyway. Both means: bad mistake.

How do we get from:

"First.

I'm just saying."

To the usual boring left/right rhetoric?

I think the Community Organizer will have broken his word so many times by the time we get to 2012 that Tiger Woods could get elected. At least when you get screwed by him you end up with a nice lump sum.

All you have to do is look at the sources and you have your answer.

I don't know I'm not even claiming I'm a supporter of hers, but I can see her having an impact on the 2012 campaign. So, if she ends up running for President in a couple years, I wanna be able to say I predicted it here

That, and a lively debate is always fun.

How about Michele and Palin on one side, and Hillary and Barney Frank on the other. Then we could have a Bitch Fest!

your next winning presidential / VP ticket will probably be:

drum roll please............

Ras Al-Kheima / Felipe Calderon

Speaker of the house: Hu Jintao

Secretary of Defense: Jane Fonda

God as my witness [He has to be my witness now because he will be outlawed by 2012] but... God as my witness i would not be surprised!

EDIT:

the next big thing... the next really big presidential news story of my generation: When a gay couple gets into the whitehouse... what do you call the "life partner" of the president? "First Fabulous"? "First Life Partner?"

God help us
Tolerance and diversity are terrible things, I know.

"It is wonderful to be back in Oregon," Obama said. "Over the last 15 months, we’ve traveled to every corner of the United States. I’ve now been in 57 states."
