SHIII MOD problems

Hi Guys.
Im running SHIII on a windows vista with it activated in XP service pack mode.
1: Im unable to find a live link to any of the links for the mods like GWX 3.0.
any correct links would be appricated.
2:second porblem is the warning message when I try any upgrade. There is a new (not implemented) page:<page ingame options>!

can any one explain?

Read the stickey on Vista; best answer is to install outside of program/pragram86 folder. http://www.subsim.com/radioroom/showthread.php?t=105144
Use the search function in Subsim to find the files you are seeking. Click on the download button to peruse mod files.
