In the Comp sections in the 2nd half of the config file, what does the BadWeather reference refer to?

Well I tried your cfg modification and it worked great!!!

I never needed to change the crew once, they kept full power throughout the mission. I know it isn't real but I pretended they were being swapped around by one of my officers.

'Bad Weather' should be the modifier for fatigue when the weather is over the threshold for a storm.

Not to be a spoil sport here, but you don't need to edit the crew at all in the basic.cfg.

Just by changing all the values in the [FATIGUE_COEF] to zero, you get the same effect: fatigue is completely removed from the game.

Here's the section in the basic.cfg:

True all that, but I like seeing the improvement of training my crew and giving them medals. No point without fatigue. For me and IMO.
