Frankly I strongly suspect she was on some sort of drug(s), prescription or otherwise, when that was filmed. Her reaction time is beyond bad for one thing, she seems very dazed and confused (even accounting for her intellectual capacity), her speaking is also very incoherent, and her body motions and breathing are odd as well.

Honestly I don't see anything funny, its just sad.
