I have jsgme but the mod won't show up for installation what do i do

I download the mod and jsgme is installed too and it says it needs a special file that i can't find to put the mod in

Default Jsgme, Creates a MOD folder, in your game file

Put your mod in that folder, should be right next to DATA folder, in game.
Now open JSGME icon, you should see it on the left side, move to the right side activated

Alright and to make my own mods what do I do and I have two data file cabinets and both are empty now what?

My computer's a vista and I'm probaly looking in the wrong place. How do i make my own ship mods like a Fletcher Destroyer etc.

Here is a step by step tutorial how to enable mod's. Please note it uses an old version of TMO as the install mod. Decide what mod you want to use and DL that instead.
