Default "Continue as an observer" in career?

It's SOOO nice to watch when your sub is sinking in multiplayer, becouse of the "Continue as an observer" option.

Does anyone know a mod that can add this to singleplayer and career?
I like to do crazy things with my sub (like flying or ram the sub to another ship), and you can quess that the sub gets destoyed very easily in my hands. So it would be nice to watch when you are ramming to another ship, you could "observe" what happens to the other ship. It takes a long time to go near land in multiplayer, becouse of there is no Time Compression available.

Thank-you!

I'm unaware of any such mod/facility, but I do agree with your sentiments regarding observer status.
