Runability on computer

I heard somewhere that SH V will run on similar graphics as III and IV.
Would that mean a computer that can run both of those be able to run SH V?
Because if it doesn't, then i'll just have to by that belated present to myself.
P.S. Present = New Computer
P.S.S. Don't give this game to the consoles!!! WE WILL CRY! i can hear it now... 13 year old kid on these forums "God stupid cry man.... I had detph charge thingy kill me at 20 measurementy thingys below surface.... thast suposd 2 be depthy enuufff!"

I fear there'll be a lot of people who won't be able to run it with their present specs.

Hopefully there will be a definitive list of minimum specs posted soon then people will have time to upgrade if needed.

Remember too that Windows 7 is almost certain to be out when SH 5 is released. Surely it will be supported. Hopefully their won't be some video card/direct X issues that occurred with VISTA and some games (e.g. Combat Mission x 1 series).

How difficult is it to put a quad processor in, I have a dell dimension 8600 with Intel pentium 4 in it?
