Checkout the HNSA website : www.hnsa.org/ There is a link there that shows all patrol reports of the US submarines. Check for Cod's Seventh patrol report. There you can find the whole part of the rescue of the O-19.
Nice to know; the footage of scenes inside the conning tower and control room were shot inside the USS Cod in Cleveland, Ohio. There we still run the Dutch flag together with the American flag for that particular event. groetjes, Gino den Ridder Assistant Curator USS Cod Submarine Memorial
