Depending on the week, I could spend 4 to 5 days there? I get 4 days off, every other week.

That's the 10th, 11th, and 12th of July.

That or the next week would be PERFECT for me.

Bad news on the reduced AA rates though, Chad. My stepdad's list of people who can recieve benefits for this year is full.

Those dates work for me. I think this is how I'd work that week: I could fly in on the 8th and take sunday the 12th off to fly out: working days 9~11th. How does that sound

Ok, I have sent a message to John McMichael asking about holding a field day July 10-11-12. Chad called and said he could attend, so I will tell John there will be 4~8 of us. I will make sure this works for his planning and ask what kind of work he can set up for us.

After being on the SS Drum, just seeing the Cavalla and Stewart again will be nice. From the looks of it on the Cavalla cam, it appears everything is tilted the right side up, right

Any news on the work? If we do it that week, we need to hurry and decide si I can get plane tickets. It's too bad we couldn't push it out 2 weeks, the plane ticket prices drop a lot.

Ok, I called and spoke with Bille, she said they got my e-mail and they will let us know by Weds. They have their grandson down, so she said they will know about the July 10-12 weekend then, hopefully.

I'm good with that weekend. I may bring my daughter, her friend and a straggler or two. If that happens I may look for a room closer to Galveston so they can hit the beach some. Of course I would make them come spend a little time helping out the "old dudes" working on their ancient war toys.
