i knew a man who did this for a living.

though it does look like the man has his head lodged firmly in the elephant's arse... its important to note that its just the angle... it is in fact only his arm, clear up to the shoulder.

the same procedure is important for cattle or horses that get stopped up.

occasionally it is for female animals... and its NOT the animals anus.
