Need a single player mission shooting down planes with a quad?

My young son really enjoys the naval academy flak training mission. He loves to try and shoot down planes. I was wondering if there is a single player mission out there like that with planes to shoot down and a quad flak (for more fun than the single barreled flak in the training mission)?

Just make one up. Start in '43 with a type VII/C with flak tower, and take it out into the Bay of Biscay - simple
