gwx3.0 career but there's no war?!

I started career with mods gwx 3.0 and with sh3cmd3.2 but career starts 1. august, war is month away!!! After 5 day "drill" I did dock and next mission started 11. august...?! Nothing to do...no war.

I did something wrong or it is really planned in dynamic campaign?!

You did nothing wrong. This is your GWX pre-war 'shakedown' cruise. Your chance to get a patrol in without shooting at anything. Or you could stay at sea until Sept 1st, and be in a good position to start sinking ships when the hostilities commence. (Some U-Boats were already at sea when the war started.)

Howdy!!
War is declared in first week of September. Stay out at sea second mission for a while and read your messages to keep up on progess of land troops. Be in a good location at the time Britain declares war for easy pickins. You can cheat and hit F1 and look at the enemies of Germany to see exact dates war is declared for each nation.

This is the only game I have ever played where reading up on the subject and tactics actually makes a difference.
