The only thing (presumably) killing the PC games market is the retarded horde of 12-year olds thinking COD4 is realistic because you can shoot through stuff.

Never came across that site before. Those thoughts had been floating through my head for a looong time, though a little more verbally abusive. Feels good to see it spelled out like that, without having some braindead fanboy ranting at you for stating an opinion.

What's killing the industry is companies like EA who pump out worthless garbage just to make money and the people who actually buy their nonsense

Games can be good without being realistic, but the way the larger companies do it these days makes me sick

Kinda makes you feel like this, doesn't it?

Casual gamers outnumber the "real"/hardcore ones. Crap sells, and companies like EA know it.

Not saying games can't be fun without being realistic, just pointing out the apparent intellectual level of the average... gamer, for the lack of a better term.

"OMG OMG I r t3h r0xx0rz! I r s000 l33t!"

Yeah dude, you the man, now I totally respect you.
