Yeah, it's nice to be able to crank all the settings you had to disable before to run the game, up to the max. I enjoy being able to see the faint watery image of the sub at periscope depth.

I'm from a Flight Sim background............

Have never Run SH4 with anything less than Max Settings, and Frame Rates no lower than 60ish.
This Impresses me Greatly !
The water and weather effects are some of the best I've ever seen, ( Could pick on the clouds abit.... but Geeezzzz, they reflect of the water, and aint That bad ! )

Theres tons of Great stuff in this sim....... But the water and weather are the features I would best like to have in my flight sims !

Anywyas.........

The look of a sub submerging and still being seen halfway through the water ist sooo impressive, can't stop watching either.

The best thing though is probably the movement the water takes now. Not just random bumps, it actually looks like real waves following the wind direction. Of course broken by the wake of your boat.

Sooo beautiful, why did I get this game so late

I hadn't a good opinion on laptops for playing until a friend showed me his HP. It ran Quake 4 as fast as my desktop PC.
