New Computer for SH4
Dear Friends:
I’m planning to build a computer from scratch with the main purpose of playing SH 4, perhaps 5 if it is coming on this first quarter, and using Photoshop. My whole budget is $875, excluding monitor and computer box and power supply, any suggestions? Thanks

Real men don't use computers to play SH IV. The only realistic way to play it is with circular rules and a plotting board.

Get a dual or quad core above 3 ghz,no less than 4 gig of ram and the motherboard go with Asus, check newegg.com
