hi all... well.. i hope you help me.

i have installed 1.4b+GWX3.0 and is awesome... but viewing screenshots i discover the OLC gui... then i have installed OLC gold.. but something no like... i miss my sub icon at map and when i zoom map i dont have the compass like in GWX

i dont have too the sliding compass when i put the mouse on right side...

i view many many post but all is a killbrain to me... if i only want to have the OLC gui but with compass into map when i zoom my sub-icon and sliding compass in the control station.

please help me.

I'm not 100% sure but it could be the OLC gui that has overwritten the sliding compass.

Said compass is included in GWX3.0.

If by sub icon you mean the Umark tga, you can get it from here:

Simply install into:data\misc

Yes OLC Gui doesn't include a slide out compass because it already has a larger one. Therefore, adding OLC Gui will eliminate effectively the slide-out compass in GWX.

As with many SH3 mods, you must make choices unless you have the knowledge to mergue files or you get someone to do it for you. Sorry

thx all.... no, jimbuna, it is not the icon...i mean the little circle in the map that represent my sub....

i dont know nothing about modding, so i will have to wait.

though is difficult to navigate and use the map tools when i zooming the map and dissapear the circle (icon) of my submarine.

the sub icon show when i zoom out one or two points and show like a black little circle.... well... in OLC GOLD i missed that icon in navigation map and i missed too thats navigation rose in small-scale navigation map.

hello Fenixs,disable the olc gold, remove the 'sea' and 'submarine' folders that there are inside olc gold (don't delete them,just remove them becuase maybe you want in the future to use them) and enable olc gold again.also remove the contline.tga (its located at data/menu/gui/)

also try find the 3km bearing overlay mod becuase ,as i saw from your photo,the one you are using is not correct placed

THX makman ¡¡¡....i has do it that you said and work... now i have the OLC GOLD + compass rose in small-scale on navigation map... only i need a slide compass rose like the GWX and i will have the sh3 as i like it.

for that , ask somebody of the GWX's team member to give you instructions how to do it.they are very helpfull
