No water Limber hole mod

Hi guys, I used to have a mod that stopped the water pouring out of the limber holes, has anyone seen this mod around?

Do a search for Captain Cox's Mods, he had one that lightened the limber holes.
Plus it will give you an idea on what files are modded if you want to go further as far as deleting the effect.
