Dive Times mod

Has anyone come up with a mod for the Dive times in this game? I mean they are all screwed up. Not just the crash dive times, but even the surface time is out of control. I cannot even press the surface button and switch camera's before my sub is breaking water. Is no joke 5 seconds or something. Anyway, it's really hurting the feel of the game for me.
