changing sub name

Is it possible to change the default name of your submarine? I'd like to name it a specific submarine, but can't figure out how to do it.

in my documents, go to SH4, and then in there will be a bunch of files.
open them with notepad, and insert your new submarine name where you see your submarine name. be sure you leave no file unturned,no name unchanged.
if you are in mid-patrol, dont fret, it will change when you start a new one
