Default Annoying steam burst sound - question

Hello :-)

After long battle my submarine was damaged (night periscope, pump, batteries, canon) and I've heard water burst and steam burst in the command room, but now,
almost everything is repaired (only cannon still damaged), water burst sound and visual effect is gone, but steam burst and visual effect ( sound very annoiyng for long time) is still here.

So, is there any solution to make this sound/visual shorter, to disable it when all around command room is repaired?

I use latest Trigger_Maru mod (with patch).

Have a nice day!

often if something gets stuck or "hangs" in the game you can fix it by saving and reloading.

are you sure its steam and not air leaking? check your compressor status.

Thank You WEBSTER, I will check it

Mayby You know files where is info about connection between damage sounds
and visual effects and damage repair status? Can it be fixed?

About place with steam/air burst:
this is a box attached to ceiling, above sonar and radar stations.

Submarine type S-18.

Thank You again!

all you would have to do is open the corresponding tmo files and make the needed changes to create your own tmo version.

if you ask politely maybe vickers03 would even be willing to help and tell you how.

that would be a lot of changes, but i'm looking
into a smarter way to do this without much work.

Thank You, and new info :-)

Even after in port refitting (NO DAMAGES in damage control station) I still have
this "steam burst" effect, now visual, because I remove this "steam_burst" sound

Worst, some kind of bug probably, another thread.
