Strange Night Sky With TMO 1.6.3

Half of my night sky is mottled/speckeled--the eastern half. The other half is normal. Anyone else seeing this?

Is TMO Overhauled, the 1.6.3 version?

Ive started playing SH4 again with TMO Overhauled mod. After the 3rd mission i get a strange but very easy patrol. I am to photo-recon my own base :rotfl:so i start up the patrol don't even need to leave the base just raise persicope target a ship and click the camera. Objective complete, and ended the mission. Im in a hurry to get a better boat which i did straight after.

Ive had no problems with the sky just that mission made me laugh but not for long, on my 5th patrol i got hammered by destroyers silly me thought i could take on 5 or them.
