Hi,
Just coming back to playing SH4 and I forgot how to lock the view behind the ship when just cruising around. Seems like I used to be able to do this. Now all I can do is hit the free camera and watch theboat cruise away instead of staying with it. Or am I loco? ![]() |

In TMO F12 is the free camera-- period and comma are the fixed external camera keys. In TMO you must manually enable the period/comma keys--default is with them disabled.

hmm.. F11 is the free cam.. the ship takes off by itself and I'm stationary, looking at wat as the ship leaves.
The "," and "." are the previous and next ship views. Somethings wrong apparently. I want the control key that locks in the boat view at a certain distance and keeps the boat in that view. Without chasing it with arrows keys etc. I'm pretty sure I used to be able to do that. Anyone know? Thanks. |

If you are using Trigger Maru, than this ( below ) is from the FAQ
![]() Welcome to SUBSIM by the way ![]() RDP 11.) How do i get the next/ previous camera back? The easiest way is to open the /data/cfg/commands.cfg in TMO. Search for " [Cmd50] " Your looking for these two blocks: [Cmd50] Name=Camera_on_next_unit Ctxt=1 ;Key0=0xBE,,">" Page=0x34000000,3714 [Cmd51] Name=Camera_on_prev_unit Ctxt=1 ;Key0=0xBC,,"<" Page=0x34000000,3714 Simply remove the semicolon placed in front of the key assignment, and you have the next/previous cameras back. Note: this will restore hotkeys. It will not restore the buttons on the ordersbar. |
