Unable to download GWX 3 (I donated)

Hello. I'm a sub fan, recently purchased SH3 on steam, and have been enjoying it a lot. I wanted to install the gwx3 mod, and gladly donated five bucks. However, the download page is not working. All the links to download simply link to the same page.

Am I missing something here?
