Question about Report contacts icon

I've returned to SH3 (again) to try out all the new mods - Much thanks for all the great work.

A small thing I've noticed is the radioman's 'Report contacts' icon doesn't seem to work any longer. I seem to remember clicking this could give info on radio source's bearing etc, simulating the sub's R/F equipment.

Does this only work under certain circumstances, or could a mod I'm using have disabled this feature? I use GWX 2.1 & have read in another thread that this could be responsible. I've compared a few of GWX's files - the menu 1024_768.ini & en_menu.txt, with the original 1.4b versions & can't see changes that could disable this feature.:hmm:

Thanks in advance, if anyone's got a solution to this, or perhaps my radioman is just very rusty & needs a refresher course at Sub School.
