How do you back up your American career?

Hello! I have to reinstall windowsXP but was hoping to backup my american & german careers. Is there more to it than making a copy of the "SH4" directory in My Documents? I appreciate anyone who can help as I hope I do not have to start over, again!

I think that's all you need to do. Keep in mind, though, if those careers were saved while you were using mods, you'll get a CTD when trying to load them unless you install the same mods again.
