Default Why has nobody...

ever done a tour round the world in a Uboat? or any WW2 submarine in this time. You hear of ppl sailing round the world in old sailing boats, yachts, two men even tried rowing round the world in a boat moderfied of course for heavy seas, one rowed one slept and repeat.

If i was a multi millionaire the first thing i would do is buy or build a WW2 submarine, perferably a XXI or Gato Class hire out the best crew i could find and we sail round the world. It would be awesome.

Count me in for sure

But admit it....could we resist the temptation to outfit it with torpedoes?
