Default In case you're interested ...

I have just posted two practical pieces of information 1) A stand alone exe program for determing if your manual intercepting and targeting and firing your weapon will actually hit the target, which is available for download and 2) I copied my Aces of the Deep Grid Map and have made the sections available for download. They are in my EnemyBeneath website.

Are you really 70 years old? Wow, wish my grandfather played SH3.

Thank You. I have a friend who's a printer. Ill give these to him and see if he can put the whole thing back together again. I've been looking for a decent size grid map to frame and hang on my wall. No luck in coming up with a repro Kreigsmarine chart.

I have been 'toying' with the idea ever since I put my web site back up, because Neal asked me if I could put it back up. I kinda figured people would be looking for the Aces of the Deep Grid Map, so I had mine scanned this morning and uploaded it. I'm sure there will be a lot of people downloading that map. Let me know what size of map you get out of it.

There's a really good A2 sized coloured reproduction available from a guy on ebay every now and again - I've bought two - they're about $6 plus postage.

Sure. Go to ebay. I did when I first purchased SH3 and I purchased Aces of the Deep hoping to get the grid map. You know what I got? A box with the CD in it and that was all. Money wasted. Be very careful what and who you buy from on ebay. You don't always get what you think you are getting.

Why go to ebay and pay for something that you don't really know what you are getting when I just published the map on my website.

I was lucky. I rummaged through all my boxes of stuff and found my map when I purchaed Aces of the Deep when it first came out.

Yes, I'm really 70 years old. Have been playing sub sims ever since they started coming out and when Aces of the Deep came along, I was in heaven, well just until Silent Hunter CE came along. The Pacific Campaign was great. Hope Ubisoft come out with SHIV before I kick the bucket.

Thanks for the vote of confidence HunterICX. I hope so too, but the man upstairs controls the strings, and with my diseases and the history of my family's demise, I should have two younger brothers, but the man upstairs decided different. One gone at age 55 and the other gone at age 29, both from heart attacks. So wish me luck.

I apologize for being obtuse, but I can't find the .exe program or the maps on your website. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
