I have yet to meet a form of potato I didn't like.

So, potato. With some other good stuff on the side.

I also have no one favorite... Some of my favorites are:

Lambshanks (larded with garlic) with boiled potatoes and green beans.

Liver with caramelized onions and mashed potatoes.

Soups. Lentilsoup, barleysoup, peasoup, beansoup.

Greek garlic chicken.

Oven-steamed trout filled with rosemary, parsley, garlic and capers.

Goulash with potatoe dumplings.

Asparagus mixed with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, black pepper and parmesan.

Salads, preferably field salad (great with fried bacon) and roquette (plus some shredded parmesan).

Roasted potatoes with meat aspic.

I´m hungry now, time for a second breakfast!

Big steak cooked on the grill, corn on the cob, twice baked potato, jalapeno corn bread, nice salad.

Or a big juicy lobster.

Corn on the cob & baked potato now that's something I haven’t had for a very long time. I like Tuna in my baked potato.
