Coastal Tanker 1.1 Release (Optional Improvements)

This vessel is now known to be working, and is no longer considered to be a Beta rlease.

I have added two optional improvments:

- There is a separate smoke fix, for those who would rather have the smoke in the right place than have a shootable funnel.

- There are both NYGM (2160 HP's) and non-NYGM (250 HP's) zone files. Most users will want the NYGM one though.

Also, I finally have a screenshot of one of the two AOD tankers that this ship was based upon. I thought about taking a shot of the other one, but the two were virtually identical.

Nice. Are you going to make an even smaller version? I remember that of the two subgroups of ship with this model, one was usually about 1000-2000 tons.

No, I think one version will be enough.

I don't know why there were two in AOD to begin with. They could have included something different instead, IMO.
